Ms. Roberts has ten years of finance experience, six years of which has been spent at Estrada Hinojosa & Company, Inc. At Estrada Hinojosa, she continues to serve as support banker on many of the firm’s underwriting and financial advisory accounts and has risen to serve as co-lead banker on several accounts as well. Her experience includes work with cities, school districts, transportation agencies and higher education. She assists municipalities in the authorization, issuance, sale and delivery of all types of tax-exempt securities.
Ms. Roberts also serves as primary analyst on new money financings and advance refundings for airports, cities, counties, higher education, states and school districts. In her work with clients, she assists in structuring bond issues, providing bond election information, preparing credit enhancement reports, and receiving credit rating upgrades. She also participates in the development and revision of disclosure documents and proposals.
She began her career as a financial planner with financial advisory firms, such as Merrill Lynch, UBS Financial Services and Chase Securities.
